At the present time I do not have a lot of experience in fondant covered cakes. I do offer a faux fondant. I achieve this by rounding off the top edge slightly. This will give the look of fondant that is so popular in the wedding market today. My version of this will give you the satin smooth look of fondant, with the wonderful taste of a rich buttercream frosting. Most cake decorators can't even tell the difference. |
